Since 1994 the Pulver Carr Partnership has SOLD many properties in Hatch End and the surrounding areas and listed below is just a small diverse selection of our successes.

The Avenue	A highly sought after tree-lined residential road, with a diverse selection of properties from one bedroom apartments constructed in the 1960's to substantial detached Edwardian residences.





Hatch End Park Estate	This area located to the North of Uxbridge Road between The Avenue to the West and Rowlands Avenue to the East is known as the Hatch End Park Estate, constructed in the 1930's by Messrs Comben & Wakeling Ltd. A diverse range of mock Tudor and brick elevations with good sized accommodation.




Nugents Park	Hatch End's finest private road, located to the southside of the Uxbridge Road, to the West of Hatch End Broadway. There are a fine selection of executive homes on generous sized plots in this leafy lane. Properties rarely come on the market.


'Old Hatch End'	Located just off Headstone Lane and surrounding the Letchford Arms, this area was the heart of the old hamlet of Hatch End, which was constructed by the owner of Hatch End Farm circa 1870.



Pinnerwood Park Estate	An extremely popular neighbourhood consisting of a large development of attractive semi and detached houses that were constructed by the Artesian & General Dwelling Company in the 1930's, now known as Artegan style. This pretty area was designated as a conservation area in 1989 and its tree-lined roads as beautiful to see especially in spring and autumn.




Royston Park Road	One of Hatch End's premier residential consisting of mainly detached Edwardian residences, together with a number of individual dwellings constructed between 1950 to 2000.



West Drive Conservation Area	Located on the borders of Hatch End and Stanmore on the Northside of the Uxbridge Road, close to Greenbelt pastures. This area offers a rich diversity of properties not found in any other area.




Westfield Park Estate	Conveniently positioned just off Hatch End Broadway is this area which mainly comprises of apartments, with a few Edwardian properties and townhouses. Also the home of St Anselms Church.





Grimsdyke Manor	This development was contructed jointly by Laing and Barratt Homes and is located within a turning off Oxhey Lane in Carpenders Park. It is an extremely popular development, with a broad selection of houses from two bedroom terraced houses to five bedroom detached houses.
