We have a completely independent Survey Department which is able to provide professional and unbiased survey reports and valuations carried out in accordance with R.I.C.S. guidelines. The Survey Department is headed by director Keith Pulver FRICS, who is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and qualified as a surveyor in 1990.

The Survey Department act for many well known lenders including HSBC, First Direct, Standard Life and Woolwich amongst others. We also advise major Housebuilders including: Laing Homes, Barratt Homes and Charles Church on part exchange properties.

We cover a twenty mile radius of the office in Hatch End, but on occasions have carried out surveys further a field.
